How long will it take for my SUITSUIT order to arrive?
Delivery times vary by location, but most European orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your luggage's journey.
What is your return policy for suitcases and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return period for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film remains on the suitcase if you intend to return it.
Do SUITSUIT products come with a warranty?
Yes, we take pride in our quality. Our suitcases come with a 2-year to 5-year limited warranty, depending on the collection, covering manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and various local payment methods like iDEAL and Bancontact.
Is the carry-on luggage size compliant with major airlines?
Our cabin-size suitcases are designed to meet the standard hand luggage requirements (55x35x20cm) for most major airlines, including KLM, Air France, and easyJet.
How should I clean and maintain my SUITSUIT suitcase?
To keep your suitcase looking new, clean the hard shell with warm water and mild soap. For our fabric bags, we recommend using a damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals or machine washing.
