At SUITSUIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the suitcase or accessory is securely boxed.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
